Consulting and training firms contract with CAS, Inc. for Kate Nasser to be a role player for behavioral learning. Role-play situations include social services, medical or legal role-plays, executive development and customer service skill building.

Kate Nasser has a varied background that includes acting. She performed in regional theatre for many years prior to starting her business and uses her acting and presentation skills in many ways.
Although some role-play situations use professional equity actors, Kate’s unique blend of business knowledge, customer service savvy, and experience as the coachee, make her both credible and less threatening to other trainees/coachees.
Preparation
Kate will ask you for the goals of the program, learn about your organization, and discuss the process with you in conference call(s) prior to going live with the role-play.
De-Brief
Since Kate is a coach she knows how to deliver de-briefing feedback to the trainee participants that is full of honesty, presented with tact and humor, and includes tangible improvements.
